Jack Lugg

Jack Lugg was a professional painter and sculptor. He studied in Durban, London and Paris. He was Head of Art at the East London Technical College for 35 years and had the Jack Lugg Art Gallery in Knynsa for 18 years and a studio in Plettenberg Bay for 5 years.
