Darren Aiken

I am essentially a portrait chess set maker. I am self-taught and could sculpt from as early as 6 years old. I am an inventor and hold a patent. I paint township scenes either in collage (in colour and miniature) or single monotone scenes in acrylic up to life size. I also have a cult like following for my original line and wash paintings in ink and water of township scenes on A3 paper. I have also begun painting adventure and jungle type outdoor and landscape scenes with interactive birdlife, spiders, snakes, chameleons, lizards and so on. I take commissions that relate to my field of work and scale.
