Clea Witte

My work gets inspired, driven and fuelled by the beauty of the horse. I love working in oils, especially on a larger scale, to capture the energy, grace and beauty of the horse. I do a lot of commissions from photographs, but where possible I prefer to meet the horse in person. This gives me a chance to get a feel for the horse and a better understanding of it's nature so that I am able to capture it's essence. Between commissions, I work privately for sale. My art grows with each painting as I find new ways to produce a piece of art that captures the viewer. Being able to combine my love for horses and my love for art is my passion.
