DANIEL NOVELA

Daniel is one of few artists in South Africa who paint directly from life. His use of colour and technique has drawn the attention of many art enthusiasts across the world both young and old. He holds a National Diploma in Fine Art from the Vaal University of Technology, with specialisation in painting, drawing and Graphic Art. Novela has always been focussed on helping people to unleash their potential in drawing and painting. He taught art at the Mathosana Community Art Centre in Klerksdorp and became Art Unit Manager. Daniel has been painting professionally for over 25 years and today those who happen to meet him and work with him go on to experience success in their art careers. Most of whom have become leaders in national art competitions, others, leading professionals and members of international art organizations such as the Association of American portrait painters. For those who know Daniel well call him “prof” because of his love and passion to teach others. He will teach you to learn to see and read your subject before picking up the brush.
